Welcome to La Cantina Deli Service!  Please have a look through our listings and let us know if there is anything we can do to help.

WHAT IS IT?

The Deli Service comprises of authentic, freshly prepared or sourced Italian foods with everything from cakes and biscuits through to cheese, meat, sauces and fully prepared meals.  There is also a superb quality range of over 60 Italian wines sourced direct from small family producers across Italy.

There are individual items ready for people to take home; there are dishes that have been freshly prepared on site and are ready to be warmed through and served at home, there are dishes that we have freshly prepared and frozen (only where suitable) allowing you to upgrade from the commercially produced supermarket ranges to authentic, quality products; and there are a range of La Cantina Meal Packs complete with ingredients and recipes for you to cook from scratch and enjoy a little taste of Italy from the comfort of your own home!

WHO IS IT FOR?

We aim to provide a service that is accessible for everyone, from individuals and couples to small groups of friends, large parties and even some cafes & restaurants who wish to run a range of authentic Italian dishes but either do not have the time or knowledge to put together. 

WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER BE READY?

Depending on the order, your products will either be available the same day or usually within 24 hours (more specialist items may take up to 72 hours) for collection or, where suitable, delivery within Chester.  Once your order has been made, sit back and relax, we will set about creating or sourcing your produce and inform you when it is ready to make sure that collection/delivery can be made at a convenient time for everyone.

HOW FRESH WILL YOUR ORDER BE?

At La Cantina, our core principle is freshness and quality.  We use only the freshest ingredients to make up your order and almost all of it is prepared to order.  Anything frozen is only kept on site for 28 days from the day it was made  to ensure no quality is lost and all La Cantina Meal packs are prepared no more than 24 hours in advance.  The more specialist produce can usually arrive from Italian farms & producers to your kitchen within 72 hours so you get maximum freshness and quality from your order.

GREAT!  SO HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

To place an order, simply browse through our listings, make a note of what you would like, and then give us a call on (01244) 401 413.  If there is no answer, please leave a message with your name and number and we will get back to you quickly.  Payment can be made over the phone by debit/credit card or you can pop in and pay by cash or card at the restaurant.  Please note that your order will not be processed until payment has been received.
